SkyDefense, Inc. is a defense startup that was founded in 2025 by CEO/President Nick Verini. SkyDefense has used its $1.0M pre-seed funds to develop CobraJet™ and is looking to raise additional seed money of $5M to complete prototype testing, obtain certifications, and begin production of CobraJets and interceptors in Colorado.
CobraJet™ is a multirole, reusable, eVTOL counter-UAS aerial platform that can be considered the "silver bullet" for C-UAS with its stealthy carbon-fiber airframe and kinetic/non-kinetic, low-cost, laser-guided interceptors that can neutralize a swarm of hostile drones before they can reach their targets.
